MONIQUE WATERS
Monique Waters is an established business owner, esthetician, and teacher committed to give her customers great spa services. In addition, she values her community and strives to find ways to give back and help others. When asked about what drives her ambition, Monique reflected fondly about her parents’ influence on her as a child. Her parents showed her through example how to work hard
to run a successful business, and they supported their daughter in her own ventures from a young age. She knew early on that she wanted to enter into a field that would make her parents proud. Although she did achieve her successes on her own, Monique gives tribute to her mother for instilling a sense of independence and to her father for giving her valuable business advice.
Monique earned an undergraduate degree in Pre-Physical Therapy and a master’s degree in Public Health from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She became a community health director for one of the nation’s top nonprofit organizations. Monique had reached a high point in her career and knew that she could do more for herself and her community. To date, Monique is the owner of
three companies. Wax Unique is her top-of-the-line waxing center and facial spa, which is where you can find her during the week. Monique created WU Aesthetics & Academy where she sells esthetician essentials and teaches Florida continuing education unit approved courses.
She also serves as South Florida’s DermaplanePro trainer. Most recently, Monique created a resistance band company called WU Body where you can purchase booty bands and other workout essentials. Monique continues to grow her businesses and is passionate about being an entrepreneur. She actively seeks ways to help her community and to better serve her customers through innovative treatments and products. One of her many products includes an ingrown hair serum that was created to help all skin types and tones. Monique is no stranger to hard work, having worked three jobs while in the process of opening her first business, Wax Unique.
Naomi
Cauger
CEO and Founder of Aesthetic Science Skincare:
A Boston Native, Naomi Cauger started her career at the Catherine Hinds Facial Salon in Boston, Massachusetts. Naomi managed salons and spas until she went on to become the Director of Admissions of the accredited Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics.
From there, she continued to establish Med Spas, gaining her first contract in 2000 to help facilitate a new Med Spa in Massachusetts, independent salon/spa practices and IPL's until she decided to start Aesthetic Science Skincare in the mid 2000s.
Naomi's son, David Cauger, perfected the use of the first ultrasonic machine that has actual clinical studies, which created a new opportunity to start her own company. In 2006 Naomi opened up numerous accounts in Naples, Florida especially in trade schools to help further education in treatments that get results. Her drive to teach aestheticians led to her putting the EpiWave™ ultrasonic machine in several schools in South West Florida.

SONIA BARROW-CONERLY
Sonia Barrow-Conerly is the West Coast Educator for Cosmedix. She is an excellent esthetic educator with experience in undergraduate and postgraduate skincare training. She is licensed in multiple states and is a CIDESCO diplomat.

Jennifer is a licensed esthetician in Florida and works with a variety of skincare lines & modalities. She is a marketing mastermind for the skincare business with a wealth of knowledge for the solo entrepreneur.
